​Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment is received. Custom orders or made-to-order items may take additional time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Order Confirmation: An order confirmation email will be sent once your purchase is completed. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchange Policy: Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged product with photographic evidence.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Personalized Items: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Cancellations and Order Modifications

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing and cancellations may not be guaranteed.

Modifications: For changes to an order, such as updating shipping addresses or adding items, please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications can only be made if the order has not yet been processed.
